AISAP Cohorts are year-long learning communities that bring together small groups of enrollment professionals around shared learning goals, peer accountability, and the sustained relationship-building that an institute weekend simply cannot provide, but where it all starts at the Annual Institute. Cohorts are where professional growth and genuine connection happen simultaneously.

Why It Matters

The best professional growth does not happen in a single session. Real development takes time, repetition, trust, and a peer group that knows your context well enough to give you honest feedback. A cohort provides all of that — a sustained structure that keeps you growing through the school year, not just the week after our institute.
